CCC is a collaboration of three organisations, developing a dynamic partnership arrangement in order to achieve the maximum impact on the health and wellbeing of our communities by utilising our collective resources.
Vision Statement
To work collectively to deliver high quality, culturally appropriate, community based services and to continue to provide creative and innovative services which meet the changing needs within the current care climate.
MSH provides services primarily to adults from Black and Racial Minority communities who are experiencing long and enduring mental health problems, young people aged 18-24 experiencing mental health issues and people who are in a caring role. At present we provide a Day Service for adults with mental health issues, a Floating Support Service to help adults remain living independently in their homes and communities, and a Carer's Service for people who may care for someone with mental health and generic needs. We also provide an Advocacy service.

Chinese Wellbeing has served the community for over 30 years. During this time they have provided outstanding health and social care services to the Chinese community, improving quality of life and empowering those who need assistance to remain independent in their own homes.

Irish Community Care has been responding to the health and social care needs of the Irish and Irish Traveller communities since the 1960's. We deliver high quality practical, emotional and cultural support, working to improve health and well being in addition to enhancing opportunities and life chances for our service users.
